COEQWAL (Collaborative Optimization for Environmental Quality and Water Allocation) is a GIF project that provides an interactive web platform for exploring water allocation trade-offs in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. The tool integrates hydrologic, water quality, and operational models behind a browser-based interface, enabling water managers, stakeholders, and researchers to compare allocation scenarios and their consequences for ecosystems, agriculture, and urban users.

The development site hosts a working prototype under active iteration with partner agencies and academic collaborators.
