The Geospatial Innovation Facility is proud to celebrate 25 years of geospatial education and research support at UC Berkeley. Since its founding in 1999, GIF has trained thousands of students, supported hundreds of research projects, and maintained some of California’s most important open spatial datasets.
A special symposium will be held in Spring 2025. Details will be announced on the GIF community mailing list.
